1989-S Proof Silver Eagle, 1 oz, NGC PF70

This exceptional 1989-S Proof Silver Eagle represents one of the finest examples of this classic American bullion coin. Struck at the San Francisco Mint, this issue is highly sought after by both proof coin specialists and silver eagle collectors alike. The coin contains one full ounce of .999 fine silver and showcases the iconic design by Adolph A. Weinman, featuring Lady Liberty on the obverse and an eagle landing on the moon on the reverse.

Certified by NGC with a perfect grade of PF70, this specimen exhibits flawless proof surfaces with exceptional mirror fields and deeply frosted design elements. The 1989-S proof mintage represents a relatively limited production, making higher-grade examples increasingly difficult to locate. The pristine condition and technical perfection of this coin make it an outstanding example of San Francisco Mint craftsmanship during this period.
