Bidding:
All bids are binding. The highest qualified bidder will be the purchaser. K. Walter Numismatics reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any lot at its discretion.Payment:
Payment is due within 5 days of the auction’s close. Accepted methods include bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or certified check. Coins remain the property of K. Walter Numismatics until full payment is received.Taxes and Fees:
Applicable sales tax will be added to purchases where required by law. A buyer’s premium may apply as noted in the auction catalog or online listing.Shipping and Handling:
Coins will be securely packaged and shipped after payment clearance. Shipping costs and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.Condition and Description:
All coins are described to the best of our ability. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance, but all sales are as-is and final. Buyers should review images and read descriptions carefully before bidding.Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the auction will be handled at the discretion of K. Walter Numismatics, and all decisions are final.Miscellaneous:

General Terms
- Extended bidding: A bid in the last 5 minutes of a lot moves that lot's close to 5 minutes after the bid.
- All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Payment is due within 7 days of auction close.
- Buyer's premium applies to all winning bids.
- Sales tax may be applicable to the sale and will be calculated when the auction is finalized.
- Buyer pays payment processing fee of 3.5% of the total invoice amount.
- Items must be picked up or shipped within 30 days.
